Boat crossing to Ilha Grande

There is no road link to Ilha Grande, so the only way to get there is by sea. The crossings are made by Flexboat, a fast, safe and comfortable boat, with an experienced crew and certified equipment.

For those going to Araçatiba or Praia Vermelha

The crossing point is Angra dos Reis! It is the only place on the mainland with direct boats to these beaches.

The arrival point depends on where you are staying. Some guesthouses have a private deck.

Do not cross to Vila do Abraão. From there you would have to take another boat to reach your final destination, and there are no regular departures linking the village with Araçatiba or Praia Vermelha
